I work with people of all ages, kids, teens and adults, and guide them to make positive modifications in their lives using the tools and techniques of hypnosis. With hypnosis you can:

I teach Relaxation and Guided Imagery classes .These classes are free to anyone with cancer, survivors or their families. Classes are held:

Grief:
The reality is that we never truly "get over" the loss of a loved one. We continue to work through our grief and do our best to heal- so that we can live a good life and be happy again. We may never be the same but can continue to honor and celebrate them by living out the things they taught us. My Mom was kind, compassionate, caring, loving and a great listener. I hope to live my life with those same qualities-not just in memory of her, but because of her.
I love and miss you Mom. You will always be in my heart.
