Dr. Samer Blackmon, board-certified internist, and Dr. Christina Escalante, board-certified pediatrician, are thrilled to announce the early 2025 opening of their innovative concierge primary care practice in Serenbe: Acorn to Oak Health.
Named for our mission of lifelong health and wellness, Acorn to Oak aims to nurture children's growth and support adults' vitality providing care for families and individuals of all ages. Serenbe is a unique community whose practice strives to mirror its values on wellness, community connection and integration with nature. Our members will enjoy convenient, personalized, and highest-quality healthcare alongside clinical affiliation with Piedmont Healthcare.
