Even though I am a therapist, I know how hard it is to be on the other side of that chair. I remember sitting there myself and not sure where to begin or what to share. It can be intimidating.
What I want tell you is that you can go to therapy and not know where to start. That's my job to help you. You can go to therapy and not be ready to share everything. That's okay.
