The Cavewoman Way is the private practice of Michelle Rigling, PhD, M.Sc., MBA. Michelle has a professional background in social work and trauma-informed therapeutic care as well as wellness event planning. Michelle specializes in Trauma-Informed Transpersonal Counseling, a blend of depth psychology, traditional counseling, and spiritual practices that empower and bring balance to the whole self while honoring our life experiences teachers and healers themselves. As a Transpersonal Practitioner, Michelle holds space for hard questions and deep introspection, recovery and renewal, spiritual questing, and whole-self healing - tending to our emotional, social, and physical selves as well as our spiritual, intuitive, and creative selves. The Cave is a place for wisdom seekers, wild hearts, wanderers, modern mystics, and anyone who desires a deeper, more meaningful life. Throughout time, people have gathered in caves for healing, visioning, ceremony, and dreaming. Caves are places of mystery, deep reflection, remembering, and reconnecting to the soul. Not only does Michelle work with the cave as a metaphor in healing and intuitive work, she also leads retreats and quests in wild caves in the Southeastern USA.
