At Mindful Body, collaboration is at the heart of what we do. Recently, we’ve shared space with the radiant Mirilena Lee, whose healing work and presence have been such a gift to our community. Meet Mirilena:

My name is Mirilena Lee, and I’m so proud to be joining The Mindful Body Community and to share space with such inspiring, like-minded women. 💫
My journey began over 20 years ago, when I was stuck in my own painful story—feeling like a victim to the world around me. Healing helped me rewrite that story. 🌿 Through NLP, Shadow Work, Breathwork, and Energy practices, I learned to reclaim my power and see myself in wholeness.
Today, my hands-on therapeutic practice supports survivors from all walks of life—those navigating PTSD, trauma, grief, and loss. My deepest intention is to help others feel safe and at home in their bodies again.
I carry the honor of working within two indigenous wisdom traditions: as a full Mesa Carrier in the Q’ero lineage and a student of Huna, rooted in Hawaiian practice. These sacred teachings, woven with modern tools, create powerful doorways for healing + transformation. ✨

Hi, I’m Megan, owner of Mindful Body and Licensed Massage Therapist since 2015.

When I first started practicing massage, I thought of it mainly as physical care. But the more I worked with people, the more I realized it’s about so much more. Massage is presence. It’s listening. It’s holding space for the body to rest and reset, and for the nervous system to find balance again.

I created Mindful Body to be a safe place for that kind of healing. A place where clients don’t just come in for a massage, but to reconnect with themselves in a supportive, mindful environment.

Over the years, my practice has grown and evolved. Adding new techniques, welcoming other practitioners into the collective, and weaving in doula work as another way of supporting people. But at the heart of it all, my intention remains the same: to meet each person with care, compassion, and presence.
