Take a moment today to stand or sit still outside. Close your eyes and notice the world around you. Relax your belly and inhale slowly allowing your belly to extend forward. Then exhale slowly blowing air through your lips until all the air is out. Relax your belly and inhale again slowly and steadily, then relax your shoulders and notice a tall posture when you exhale. repeat as many times as you need. Find your center and clear your mind. Refresh with a breath. You Got This.
