So many beautiful smiles and so much positive energy at the Lemon Luxe Yoga Social! 🍋💛

It was such a joy seeing all these amazing ladies walk away with their Shey Natural Health Bar wellness goodie bags after an afternoon of movement, connection, and intentional self-care. Each bag was filled with a little piece of wellness to keep the good vibes going even after the mats were rolled up.

Moments like this remind me how powerful it is when women come together to support their health, uplift one another, and celebrate community. I’m so grateful to be part of this journey with you all.

Nothing like a good run and a fresh cold-pressed juice to finish strong. 🏃‍♂️🥤

The Scenic City Run Crew showed up and showed out, and our 7 Mile Beet cold-pressed juice was the perfect way to refuel after the miles. Packed with beets, carrots, apple, lemon, and ginger, it’s one of our favorite recovery drinks for runners and athletes.
