Important Update: New Electronic Medical Records System

We’re pleased to share that CAC is transitioning to ModMed, an advanced electronic medical records system created with allergy practices in mind.

This upgrade will enhance the way we manage your information, streamline paperwork, and strengthen communication and coordination across all CAC locations.

As we move through this transition, our team will be adapting to new workflows and processes. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we fine-tune the system to better serve you.

What to expect:
• Login procedures will be updated.
• You may be asked to complete new forms electronically.
• Check-in and documentation could take a bit more time than usual as we adjust.

This past Saturday, November 1st, we marked a truly special occasion: Dr. Kaplan’s official retirement and 50 years of Chattanooga Allergy Clinic. It was our chance to honor the visionary who started it all and to celebrate half a century of dedication, compassion, and teamwork that continue to define CAC today.

From Mayor Kelly’s official proclamation declaring November 1st Dr. Hyman Kaplan Day in Chattanooga to the announcement that our Lee Highway location will now be named the Dr. Hyman M. Kaplan Center for Advanced Allergy & Asthma Care, it was a truly remarkable evening and one we’ll never forget.

Congratulations, Dr. Kaplan! Enjoy your well-earned retirement! We’ll take good care of CAC. 💙

Hogwarts magic, Disney dreams, Spice & Powerpuff girls, Dr. Buc-ee & the Buc-ettes, Shrek, a haunted waiting room, ghosts of Blockbuster past, and a little allergy awareness for good measure! CAC Halloween had it all! Creativity, laughter, and team spirit were everywhere. What a week and the big celebration is still to come!
