Hey there everyone!

I wanted to take a moment to tell you a little about myself. My name is Katie, I am a registered nurse, and my experience mainly revolves around labor and delivery, as well as the NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit). In my personal life, I'm a mom to two amazing daughters, Crosley and Camden, who are just a year apart (our house is pure chaos 100% of the time and I love it). I'm also happily married for almost five years now to my husband Bo, and we've got a super cute golden retriever named Knox. Go Vols! 🏈

The reason I started my private practice is to make life easier for parents through education and personalized plans to help both parents and their little ones thrive. I'll be sharing tips and advice on my social media, but if you ever feel stuck or need specific help with stuff like sleep, feeding, labor, postpartum, newborn care, breastfeeding, or more, please don't hesitate to reach out.
