Meet Henry Brown, our brave 3-year-old who has been a fighter since day one. Born at just 24 weeks, Henry faced the challenges of chronic lung disease and relied on a trach and ventilator to breathe.

We're proud to share that Henry has taken a big step forward in his journey and no longer needs his trach! 💙 We celebrate his resilience and the incredible care from our team that made this moment possible. 🌟

In honor of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, players from Chattanooga Football Club took time off the pitch to visit our patients.

With smiles, high-fives, and heartfelt conversations, the players brought encouragement and joy to patients and families facing incredibly tough battles. It was a powerful reminder that the strength of a team goes far beyond the game — it’s about showing up for each other, especially when it matters most.

In honor of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, Chattanooga Football Club welcomed 10-year-old Neymar to the team for a day, giving him a chance to train, sign a contract, and live out his soccer dream.

When asked what he would bring to the team, Neymar's response was simple and accurate: "Joy."

Thank you, Chattanooga FC, for making this unforgettable moment possible and for helping shine a light on the strength of pediatric patients like Neymar!

Meet Ace — a brave 4-year-old who has overcome extraordinary odds!

Born at just 23 weeks gestational age, Ace faced a challenging start to life, including being trach and vent dependent. His journey included a critical moment during his first post-hospital clinic visit, where he required full CPR.

But today, we celebrate an incredible milestone: Ace has been successfully decannulated — his trach tube has been removed, and he’s breathing on his own! 💙

From the NICU to the PICU, our dedicated team at Children’s Hospital at Erlanger has been honored to walk alongside Ace and his family through every step of this journey.

Thank you to Ace’s mom for allowing us to share this moment. Let’s celebrate this incredible warrior!
