Residents enjoyed an afternoon full of music, games, laughter, and wonderful company with students from Southern Adventist University! 🎶🎲💙 The students, who are part of Southern’s Game Club, spent time visiting with residents, playing games together, and building new friendships along the way.

The afternoon was filled with smiles, conversation, and meaningful moments shared between generations. Visits like these always bring so much joy to our community, and residents loved getting to connect and spend time with the students. ✨💕

After weeks of competition, our regional winners are heading to Chattanooga, Tennessee, for the finals on May 19 at 5 PM.

We may have changed our plans, but our PPP… Pizza Picnic on the Porch turned out to be the perfect afternoon! 🍕🌤️ When the weather started looking a little sketchy for a picnic in the park, we decided to bring the fun closer to home and enjoy lunch out on the porch instead.

The weather ended up being just right as residents relaxed in the fresh air, listened to the birds chirping, and admired the beautiful flowers blooming in the courtyard. 🌸🐦 And of course, the pizza really hit the spot!

Sometimes the best moments come from a change in plans, and this turned into such a fun and relaxing time spent together. 💕✨

What a wonderful day we had celebrating our amazing “Moms”! 💐☕ Our ladies were treated to a delicious lunch featuring homemade quiche, grilled asparagus, fruit salad, lemon bars, and a variety of flavored teas that made the afternoon feel extra special.

After lunch, the fun continued with Rock-N-Roll Bingo filled with music, laughter, dancing, and friendly competition. 🎶✨ Lucky winners even got to choose a delicious Ghirardelli chocolate bar as their prize! 🍫

To end the celebration, each resident received a special Bath & Body gift bag as a reminder of just how loved and appreciated they are. It was such a joyful day honoring the wonderful mothers in our community, and we hope everyone had a very Happy Mother’s Day! 💕

What a wonderful day we shared with some of our precious volunteers! 💙✨ We are so thankful for the time, kindness, and joy they bring to our community, and it was such a pleasure to spend the day celebrating them.

Volunteers enjoyed a delicious homemade meal prepared by our dining staff, plenty of laughter, and great music while playing Rock n’ Roll Bingo together. 🎶🎉 Everyone had so much fun enjoying each other’s company and making sweet memories throughout the day.

Each volunteer also left with a special thank-you gift, including a three-wick candle, and lucky bingo winners went home with a delicious Ghirardelli chocolate bar too! 🍫🕯️ It was truly a special day filled with appreciation and fun.
