There's a difference between feeling stressed before a big presentation and waking up every day with a weight on your chest you can't explain.

One is normal. The other might be anxiety.

Anxiety doesn't always look like panic attacks. Sometimes it looks like overthinking everything, feeling exhausted from worry, avoiding situations that feel overwhelming, or lying awake at 3am with a mind that won't quiet down.
