Maybe you’ve met .elaine as you checked into St. Elmo as our studio manager, or maybe you purchased one of her candles?! To know Hope is to know she has ambition, drive and a love for our community. Not only does she co - manage the studios, run her own small business she also did our yoga teacher training program and now she can add Yoga Teacher to her resume. We love to watch strong, driven young women succeed and we are so proud of her ♥️

SSY is located on the beautiful Northshore of Chattanooga, Tenn. Our 2500 sq ft studio offers a variety of heated and non-heated styles of yoga, workshops, teacher trainings and community events. We also offer child-care 7 days a week for most classes!

SSY's design draws on inspiring ideas from studios around the world with the goal of providing a unique space that naturally lifts the heart, and welcomes and encourages yoga students of all levels.
