When Robin first started with us, foot and ankle stability were major concerns. We took a step-by-step approach—focusing on rebuilding his foundation through proper foot mechanics, teaching him how to drive through his entire foot, and developing a strong, supportive arch.

Once that foundation was in place, we progressively introduced more challenging strength work targeting major muscle groups. He rose to the challenge immediately.

We’re still refining movement patterns and addressing compensations, but his progress has been undeniable.

In just 8 weeks, he’s gained 4.6 lbs of muscle and lost 3.5 lbs of fat—a testament to his consistency and effort. 💪🏼

When Kritika first came to us, this wasn’t just about getting stronger, it was about fixing a pattern.

Her pelvic tilt was very pronounced. She lived in an extended position: low back overworking, ribs flaring up, pelvis tipped forward. Her core strength and control were limited, and her glutes weren’t contributing the way they should. So her lower back was doing more than its fair share.

That combination is a recipe for chronic back discomfort.

Instead of jumping into heavy lifting, we focused on positioning first.

âś…Teaching her how to stack her ribs over her pelvis
âś…Building better core control
âś…Strengthening glutes and hamstrings to support her pelvis
âś…Gradually reintroducing load once her mechanics improved

As her alignment improved, so did her pain.
Now she’s living pain free and confidently deadlifting with solid form.

This is what happens when you don’t just chase symptoms, you address how someone moves and build strength on top of better mechanics.

Kritika didn’t just “get her back feeling better.” She built a stronger, more resilient foundation - one that will support her for years to come.

Six months ago, Emily told us she wanted to compete in her first powerlifting competition.

From that point on, her training with Daniel shifted. We dialed in her squat, bench, and deadlift. We trained with intention. We tracked progress. We pushed when it was time to push and pulled back when it was time to recover.

And in the middle of preparing for her first powerlifting competition… she quietly lost nearly 40 pounds.

Not through extremes.
Not through shortcuts.
Through consistency.
