✨ Coach Spotlight: Cherish Hamill ✨

We’re so excited to highlight Coach Cherish! She brings an incredible amount of knowledge, experience, and passion to Brigade.

Cherish recently traveled to CrossFit Mayhem to complete her CrossFit Level 1 certification 🙌. She also holds a BS in Exercise Science and a Master’s in PE and Health Education.

With 18 years of experience as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor (ACSM certified), Cherish has worked with everyone from kids to senior adults across all fitness levels. She’s also a Healthy Steps Nutrition and Precision Nutrition Certified Coach, and even served as an adjunct professor at UTC teaching Strength Training.

When she’s not coaching CrossFit, you can catch her running or biking. 🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️

We’re so thankful to have Cherish on our team—her knowledge and energy make our community stronger every day! 💪

Meet Coach Laken — a CrossFit Level 1-certified coach with 4️⃣ years of CrossFit experience, 1️⃣5️⃣ years as a competitive swimmer, and 5️⃣ years of coaching swimmers to success. 🏋️‍♀️🏊‍♀️

Laken brings a sharp eye for technique and a passion for injury prevention to every class, making sure athletes move well and train smart. Her faith and love for God inspire everything she does, both in and out of the gym. 🙏

Her favorite WOD? Nancy — a true mix of speed, grit, and skill! 💪

When she’s not leading a workout, you can find her hiking scenic trails, hitting the books for school, or spending time with her pup Bodie. 🐾
