Atlas Total Health Dr. Tomanelli has moved to our St Elmo location. You can reach his office at 423-602-5656 or our near Dr. Doug Tomanelli, is the director of our St Elmo office.

He is trained in many different techniques and works hard to take care of all his patients. Stop by and meet him and his friendly staff! Douglas C. Tomanelli, D.C. has been involved with sports all his life and is very familiar with many types of sprain/strain injuries. He studied Biology at Suffolk College in Long Island, New York. He furthered his studies at Life University in Marietta, Georgia where he attained his Doctorate of Chiropractic. He has attended many postgraduate studies on Whiplash injuries, Rehabilitation and other treatments.

To perform a trap stretch, gently tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear towards your shoulder, and hold this position for 20-30 seconds before repeating on the opposite side.
This stretch is particularly beneficial for individuals who spend extended periods working at a desk or on a computer.
