We are a physical therapy clinic located in Chattanooga, TN specializing in orthopedics and pilates-based rehabilitation.

Peak Fitness & PT is a new option in Chattanooga for quality physical therapy owned and operated by Rebecca Wykle, PT. We specialize in orthopedics and pilates-based rehabilitation and provide individualized 1-on-1 care. We also offer 1-on-1 Fitness Training, complete Running Evaluations, FREE Screens and more. The clinic is conveniently located in the Southside, near Downtown, Lookout Mtn, St Elmo, and N Chattanooga and is easily accessible from Hwy 27, I-24, Riverfront Pkwy, and Market St.

Looking forward to our next class series beginning on Tuesday January 28 at 5:30 pm. Geared toward females who want to flourish after 50. Small group classes developed to train participants in proper weight training techniques and how to progress resistance. Classes include pilates reformer workouts, strength training and coaching, and education for women about how to improve bone and muscle strength, improve balance and posture. Class size limited to 8 for this series. We have a few spots still open for this 8 week series! Call, message or email us if you are interested!

Our first cohort of amazing women recently completed the Get Strong class series and they knocked it out of the park! Improved muscle mass, improved posture and balance, improved strategies for how to build bone strength and confidence in managing a resistance/strength program! As part of the MS Run Family, Meghan won’t be alone out there during her run! Her family and members of the MS Run Organization will be providing onsite support for her. And of course her Peak Family and our community will be supporting her with all the love and special thoughts throughout the day on Saturday as she covers 100 miles to Stop MS. One of our PT's is headed to Andrews NC on Saturday morning to deliver any supplies gathered at the clinic by end of the week. She will meet with members of the greater Asheville community who are involved in the Andrews Idol singing competition at The Blue Stage to share these supplies, which will be distributed to anyone in need in that region. We will gladly accept any items, not just what is listed. However these are confirmed needs for that community! We will be at the clinic until 4:00 pm Friday. Thank you for always supporting our Peak family and our regional community❤️

Many people are still without water, power and shelter and are reeling from the devastation of Helene all over North Carolina. Our founder and co-owner of Peak and her family are in Morganton, NC, a wonderful community now dealing with so much loss. While she and her family are safe, many others have been less fortunate and have lost everything. We love to see communities come together and support each other especially in times like these! Please consider donating to this Community Relief Fund that distributes supplies directly to this area so we can help in this ongoing time of need.
