Exciting news! We’ve partnered with to allow you to use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Savings Account (FSA) to reimburse your Fit Life membership, if eligible!

That means shopping with pre-tax dollars, resulting in a net savings of 30% on average for you.

The process is simple.

Take a 2 minute evaluation survey from Truemed that will be reviewed by a licensed practitioner for $30.
If eligible, Truemed’s licensed practitioners will issue you a Letter of Medical Necessity (similar to a doctor writing a prescription). The letter can cover 12 months of reimbursements!

Truemed will send you instructions to obtain reimbursement from your HSA/FSA administrators.

Pro tip for # looking your best this Summer: ⬇️

1. Eat More Protein
Women: 80-120grams a day
Dudes: 130-200grams a day

2. Eat Less Fat
Women: 30-50grams a day
Dudes: 40-70 grams a day

3. Walk More (minimum of 10k steps a day)
-Most office workers average 3k steps a day (NOT GOOD)

4. Exercise 3-4x a week for at least 40 min a day.
Strength Train, Then some cardio
