**What Is Dry Needling? 🤔**

Dry needling is a technique used by physical therapists to treat muscle pain and tightness. A very thin, sterile needle is inserted into tight or irritated muscle bands called **trigger points**.

When the needle hits the trigger point, it helps the muscle release and relax. This can improve blood flow, decrease pain, and restore normal movement.

Dry needling is commonly used for:
• Neck and back pain
• Shoulder pain
• Headaches and migraines
• Hip or knee pain
• Muscle tightness from workouts
