Sweat Club Sweat Club - A Whole New Way of Training! The Sweat Club gym has a hybrid approach when it comes to health and fitness.

We are a functional training gym with a certified and tenured staff that offers daily bootcamps, 1:1 and small group personal training, open gym, dance fitness, yoga, massage therapy, nutrition & health coaching, meal prep options and monthly members-only events. We try to take away all of the excuses by providing our members with variety to help make fitness a lifestyle! Members can expect to receive as little or as much coaching and guidance needed to help achieve their goals. At the Sweat Club gym, you’re more than just a member, you’re part of a team!

It's time to get even more race season serious with our HYROX training! Next week we will start turning up the heat in our HYROX classes, with weekly progressive classes as we near Atlanta, Dallas, and Chicago! We currently offer HYROX-specific classes on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoon/evenings and Saturday morning, and we may be changing up our Friday 5:15pm to HYROX, so stay tuned! If you're serious about PR'ing your next race, or want to feel confident when you hit the race floor, we highly recommend attending at least 4 of our weekly classes! Even if you're not training for HYROX, but want to get in great shape strength, and endurance-wise, these classes are for you!

www.stretchfitness.fit Stretch Fitness™ was originally founded as a boutique personal training and nutrition coaching service based in the greater Chicago area with a primary focus on 1:1 strength training and weight management programs for women. Over the past 5+ years, we've relocated to Chattanooga and evolved our services to provide comprehensive online and mobile training and nutrition programs for men and women around the globe as well as in-person personal training and nutrition coaching for clients based in the Chattanooga area. Stretch Fitness employs a unique personal approach to training and nutrition, and all clients undergo a complete assessment and collaborative program planning session before training begins. We have successfully coached and transformed hundreds of clients, helping them reach their goals in a healthy and sustainable way!
