It's always a good day for a THROW BACK THURSDAY!

Rolling back to 2025 when BOMA Chattanooga President Jason Perry and Board Member Mark Kelley represented BOMA Chattanooga at the 2025 BOMA Southern Region Conference in Raleigh, NC.

While graciously hanging with their great friends and chapter officer mentors from BOMA Alabama, Jason and Mark enjoyed fantastic food, fellowship, fun outings, and tons of laughter. All throughout, there were lots of informative seminars, key note speakers, & great discussions with regional industry peers of ideas and ways to better our chapters for principal and allied members alike.

The 2026 BOMA Southern Region Conference is coming up soon in Nashville, April 23 - 25. Our current President Rusty Furtick and current Vice President Mark Kelley will be there representing BOMA Chattanooga. They are looking forward to all of the above and to soak up valuable knowledge on things to help in continuing to build-upon and advance our chapter in The Scenic City.

Good morning BOMA Chattanooga! I hope you all had a blessed and relaxing holiday marathon over the past two weeks. I want to thank everyone who came out and made our annual BOMA Christmas party the most fun you are legally allowed to have at work, and also a specific shoutout to Becky Hardinger Murphy for all the work she put in to make sure we had good food and a great time!
