Two of our members have written an opinion piece in solidarity with Chattanooga’s VW workers, who recently unionized with United Auto Workers.

This month, the elected bargaining committee for the United Auto Workers (UAW) at the Chattanooga Volkswagen plant reached a tentative agreement with the company on a new contract that would meaningfully and significantly improve the lives of workers, their families and our local communities.
