• You’ve been practicing yoga, but want some guidance on alignment and accountability in developing your practice
• You’re a yoga teacher interested in learning how to teach and hold space for beginner yogis

🌱 Schedule: Saturdays from 10:30am - 12pm
• Jan 10 | Week 1: Warm-up & Standing Postures + Breath Awareness
• Jan 17 | Week 2: Sun Salutations A & B + Victorious Breath
• Jan 24 | Week 3: Standing Balancing Postures + Alternate Nostril Breath
• Jan 31 | Week 4: Seated Forward Bends + Twists & Cool-down Postures + Three Part Yogic Breath
🌱 How to prepare:
• Wear comfortable clothing you can move in
• Bring a mat, if you have one; mat rentals are included in this series
• If note-taking is helpful for your learning process, bring a notebook!
• Eat 2-3 hours before class so that you don’t have a full stomach when you arrive
• Come with questions, a curious mind, and an open heart
