🎉 Milestone Moment for Chattanooga Health and Rehab Center! 🎉

We are proud to share an important achievement for Chattanooga Health and Rehab Center. Just two and a half years into our organization’s journey, this facility has completed a rigorous 10-week process focused on developing, outlining, and showcasing the quality initiatives and outcomes that define their care.

This work was submitted for review by the American Health Care Association as part of the Bronze Quality Award program, the first step in a three-level pathway toward excellence in care and operations.

This accomplishment reflects months of preparation, dedication beyond regular hours, honest self-reflection, and a commitment to transparency and growth. It speaks to a team willing to challenge themselves, strengthen their systems, and continuously improve for the residents and families they serve.

We applaud the Administrators and their teams for committing to this journey, holding themselves to a higher standard, and successfully completing their application and submission this week.
Most importantly, this is just the beginning. As Chattanooga Health and Rehab Center moves forward, the focus now turns to continued progress and the journey toward Silver and Gold, with quality and compassion guiding the way. 💙

💪 A Journey of Resilience and Healing 💖
Meet Barbara Ensminger—an 80-year-old powerhouse who showed us all what it means to never give up. After being admitted to Chattanooga Health and Rehab Center following a femur fracture, Barbara faced not one, but two challenging recoveries, all while undergoing treatment for metastatic breast cancer.

Despite the odds, Barbara’s determination never wavered. From requiring full assistance to walking independently again, she proved that healing is possible with perseverance, support, and spirit. 🌟

Barbara, your strength has inspired every one of us. We are so proud to have been part of your journey and to see you return to your community with renewed independence and joy!

Emily is loved by both our residents and staff for her tireless efforts to improve independence with activities of daily living. Her positive spirit and dedication help our residents thrive!
