We had an amazing Bingo Night with Jill Norman! 🎉 The back lounge was packed as everyone enjoyed 20+ rounds of Bingo. There was lots of laughter, friendly competition, and community spirit. 🧡 Winners chose their prizes, but everyone truly won thanks to the fun atmosphere. 🎲✨ Jill, our in-house care provider, created an unforgettable night. 💐 Her warm personality and genuine connection lit up the room. Huge thanks to Jill for her positivity! 😉 She set the bar high for future Bingo hosts with her dedication.

Bob Sellers delivered an amazing holiday performance at Ashwood Square today! 🎉 The theatre was full, and the residents sang along with him. 🎶 Bob, a Southern Gospel singer, shared his uplifting music, including gospel classics and holiday favorites. He previously sang with the Kingsmen Quartet. We're so grateful for the joy he brought! 💙 Huge thanks to Pastor Jeremy Griggs and AWS resident Gail Strickland for organizing this wonderful event. 🎤🎄 It was a fantastic day for our community! 🙌

Ashwood Square was overjoyed to host the Chattanooga Boys Choir's "Voices of the Season" concert! 🎤 Our residents were mesmerized by their beautiful voices and professional performance. It was a night filled with warmth and holiday cheer! 🎶❤️

Huge thanks to the Chattanooga Boys Choir for bringing so much joy! 🙏 A special shoutout to Judy Brittingham for her flawless coordination, and to our resident Charlynne Fry for her unwavering support. We hope to welcome the choir back soon! ✨

The Ashwood Theatre was filled with the beautiful sounds of the RFSA Orchestra, Pianos, and Vocal performers! 💛🎻🎤🎹 Children of all ages filled the room with heartwarming music. A big thank you to everyone who made this event a success, especially Charlynne Fry! ✨ We're grateful for their talents and dedication to our senior community. What an unforgettable time! Our residents were beyond excited to welcome Santa to Ashwood Square — and the smiles said it all! 📸❤️ Everyone enjoyed taking pictures with the Big Man in Red, creating memories we’ll treasure for years to come. A special thanks to Santa for blessing us with his warm presence and holiday cheer. 🎄✨

And a big shout out to Chef Erin and our Dining Room Supervisor for treating us to delicious Strawberry Shortcake and Red Velvet cookies. 🍰🍪 They were a hit! We truly had a blast — our hearts (and bellies!) were full of joy. ❤️✨

Not to toot our own horn, but we had an amazing outing this week! Eight Ashwood Square residents hopped on board for a special shopping trip to Apple Valley Orchards in Cleveland, TN — and what a treat it was! To make the day even sweeter, our Managers Glenn and Bethany Root surprised us by joining the fun. Their presence made the trip feel extra special and added to the laughter and great conversation along the way. The orchard offered so many wonderful items to choose from, including big, juicy apples that our residents couldn’t wait to take home. 🍏✨

🚐 Shout-out to our AWS Shuttle Driver, Eric Hughes! A huge thank you to Eric Hughes, who continues to support our outings and gets us to and from each destination safely. We appreciate you, Eric! 🌟

🙌 And a very special thank you to our residents who signed up and showed up! You are the real MVPs — outings can only be successful with your participation. Thank you all so much for being such great troopers and making these experiences meaningful and fun. We’re already hoping to revisit in the future — it was truly a lovely time spent together, enjoying good company, fresh air, and delicious finds.
