CLASS FEATURE - EmBodied Yoga | Mondays 7:15pm
There are many forms of yoga that ask the body to perform.
This class asks something different.
Embodied Yoga (Somatic Yoga) is a slow, mindful practice designed to help you reconnect with your body’s natural intelligence. Instead of pushing or striving, we focus on feeling, listening, and moving in ways that support the nervous system.
Through gentle movement, guided awareness, breath, and spacious rest, this class helps you:
• Release chronic tension
• Regulate the nervous system
• Reconnect with internal cues and body wisdom
• Build strength and mobility without strain
• Cultivate a deeper sense of self-trust
Each week the practice unfolds slowly, with plenty of options and guidance. You do not need to be flexible or experienced in yoga — this class is accessible to beginners and long-time practitioners alike.
