Toes Yoga of Chattanooga is an intimate yoga studio nestled in the Brainerd Arts District. We offer yoga classes for all abilities, from beginner to advanced. Our teachers are the most qualified in town and are capable of relating the class to individual needs. Some of our classes include meditation, flow, fundamentals, Vinyasa, prenatal, Yin, and more.

May Day has just passed, aligned with a full moon in Scorpio, bringing a fiery energy as we move full force into Spring. And, May brings us a blue moon as well. (a second full moon in the same month.) It's a month for manifesting and creating...bringing to life your desires and goals. And those goals and desires might on or off the mat. Either way, your yoga practice is the perfect place to focus those manifesting vibes.

As we move closer to summer, you might notice more class subs and variations in our weekly class schedule, as vacations and other life plans come into play. But we will continue to publish our weekly class schedule here in our newsletter, on Facebook and Instagram, and of course, on our website.

As we move into mid-April, the air is beginning to clear and (hopefully) the height of the pollen storm is starting to settle as spring stretches fully into bloom. The world feels fresh again, alive with color and breath.

This is a beautiful moment to take your practice outside. A few deep breaths under an open sky, the feel of grass beneath your mat, sunlight on your skin...these simple connections remind us that yoga isn’t confined to a space, but lives within each moment of awareness.

Let this week invite you outward: into nature, into presence, and into the quiet joy of simply being part of it all.

The first full week of April arrives under a waning moon. It's a natural time to slow down, release, and return inward. After the bright energy of the full moon last week, this quieter phase invites reflection and rest, reminding us that growth also happens in the spaces between effort.

In the studio, our focus this week is steadiness and ease: practices that help us exhale, soften, and realign with our inner rhythm. Each class is an opportunity to let go of what feels heavy and make space for what’s quietly unfolding next.
