Sweet potatoes are definitely a superfood. An excellent source of vitamins A, C, and B6, these taters also have tons of potassium and fiber. These vitamins help your eyes see, your skin glow, and your immune system function.

Fun fact: did you know you can easily microwave them instead of waiting for them to bake in the oven? Just pierce the skin with a fork a few times and pop it in the microwave for 5-6 minutes. Enjoy them mashed, add them to stews, or mix them with eggs to make a batter for sweet potato pancakes!

One kind act, no matter how small, no matter to whom, can actually change your day and maybe your whole world! Do you ever get frustrated with yourself when there's something you feel like you can't do? It's not a good feeling. Try being patient with yourself, and see what happens. I bet you'll give yourself a little bit more grace!
