This is one of our favorite wellness tips! If you keep thinking you don't have time to relax and do nothing -- then you won't. You have to make time for it! Actually put it in your calendar: Do Nothing.

Meaningful rest means intentional rest. Slow down, turn off your phone, and just be.

(But it's okay if that nothing means coming to see us, too. We're experts in nothing! 😊)

Here's a quick self-care suggestion for those hectic days when you can't drop by!

Have you come across the term 'brain dump' before? It's a unique journaling technique that doesn’t require any prompts or structure. Simply set a timer for 5 minutes and jot down everything swirling in your mind. It can be random phrases, your shopping list, tasks for work, a poem, a childhood memory, or even that dream you had last night.

Keep the pen moving until your timer goes off. And here’s the best part — there’s no need to read it back! No editing or revising required. The goal is to release all those tangled thoughts from your mind so you can better concentrate on your day ahead.

I never thought I'd see the day when I'd hear that taking a nap could help me sleep better at night, but that day is here!

A 90 minute mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy appointment, or better yet a regular practice, can help you sleep better! It helps by increasing your blood oxygen level, which can help you feel more rested.

You're more than welcome to nap during your mHBOT session, or you can read a book, play games on your phone, or even watch a show!

Everything is constantly moving, ebbing, and flowing. The moon changes slightly everyday. And so do you!

You breathe in, you breathe out. You go to sleep, you wake up. For every full moon, there is a new moon, and the cycle restarts.

What does this mean? Give yourself a break. You are constantly evolving, and sometimes you need space to process that. Luckily we know just the place where you can take a break! 😍
