At times, calming your restless body and busy mind can take longer than expected. If you can embrace it rather than resist, you may find yourself sinking into a tranquil stillness that offers profound relaxation. Some days, it might only take 5 minutes, while other times, it could require almost the entire session to achieve that state of serenity. With practice, this process becomes significantly easier. Just like hitting the gym or mastering a new hobby, the art of allowing yourself to do nothing, simply being, and resting deeply… it requires patience.
