October is Healthy Lung Month!

Here are a few tips from our physician and owner Dr Mani Ravee
-It is never too late to quit smoking!
-Exercise regularly, this helps to keep your respiratory muscles strong and you will breathe easier.
-Seek help immediately if you have respiratory symptoms to avoid emergencies and serious complications.
-Get your flu shot early, do it now!

We are accepting new patients please give us a call to schedule an appointment. We see patients in person at the office not telehealth. We do Covid + follow ups.

As most of my patients are aware, I was called up for active duty in the US Army and was deployed since March of 2020. Happy to say I am back.
Our doors are wide open and we are seeing folks in the office. With all the usual precautions. Please call for appointments and any questions.
