Lets stretch!

To perform a trap stretch, gently tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear towards your shoulder, and hold this position for 20-30 seconds before repeating on the opposite side.
This stretch is particularly beneficial for individuals who spend extended periods working at a desk or on a computer.

**If any stretch causes discomfort or pain, please discontinue immediately. We are available to provide guidance on proper stretching techniques in the office.**
