We may not have taken home the TVFCU Idea Leap Grant this year, but our hearts are full. The outpouring of votes, encouraging comments, and shared stories throughout this process has been the real prize.

We would also like to express our gratitude to the judges at Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union for the opportunity to pitch our idea for expanding healthcare innovation in Chattanooga.

Here’s the big news: While the grant would have been a great "leap," our mission to launch Direct Primary Care remains unchanged. We are more committed than ever to bringing this program to life for you.

We're excited to expand our compassionate, patient-first practice and bring even more whole-person care to the Chattanooga community! We're currently seeking passionate professionals to join us in making a real difference in adult health and mental wellness.

We're hiring:
- Full-Time Nurse Practitioner (Internal Medicine or Family Practice focus) – Experienced in adult primary care, chronic condition management, and a holistic approach to helping patients thrive.
- Clinical Psychologist or LCSW, C-DBT – To provide expert therapy, including specialized Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills for emotional regulation and building resilience.
