After we were temporarily moved into 107 for repairs to our original suite, we decided due to a few factors, that it was a better fit for us to serve you, as well as adding a little more growth opportunity! 🙌

Types of massage therapy, in case you need a refresher!

Swedish massage:
Youre fully relaxed… blanket is tucked… soft music playing…
gentle snoring begins 😴

Strictly therapeutic massage:
Therapist finds the knot.
You: deep breath… “OWWW… okay wait… yeah… that’s the spot.” 😅

Massage “Therapy”:
Yout: “So anyway… let me tell you everything that happened this week…” ☕🫖

Prenatal Massage:
Relaxed for about 23 seconds…
Baby: KICK
You: “Oh! …also I need to p*e again.” 🤰🚽

Sometimes chiropractic care for kids looks a little different than people expect.

Some days the office turns into a mini movement studio. 🧠✨

This setup lets kids play their way into better brain–body communication. The nervous system learns best through movement, balance, and sensory input, so we use simple tools like mats, balance balls, rollers, and coordination toys to help their brains and bodies reconnect.

For some kids this means:
• improving coordination
• helping their body feel more organized in space
• supporting focus and regulation
• giving their nervous system the input it needs to function more smoothly

Adjustments help remove interference in the nervous system, but movement and play help the brain practice using those clearer signals.

Even complex kids aren't complicated, they are kids and want to play. They need safe movement, supportive care, and an environment with fewer things that overwhelm their nervous system.

Sometimes healing looks like quiet adjustments.

Sometimes it looks like a room full of toys and a yoga mat and Dr. Mel crawling on the floor showing them what to do.

Both are helping the brain and body learn to work together. 💛
