Morning Pointe Senior Living Executive Directors from across all 42 communities gathered for our annual conference — a time to reconnect, strengthen our leadership, and align our vision for the year ahead. 💚🏡

Together, our EDs explored new strategies in hospitality, resident experience, associate engagement, clinical excellence, and operational best practices. They shared successes, tackled challenges, and left inspired to lead their teams with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

A special thank-you to our guest speakers, partners, and the Morning Pointe Home Office teams who helped make this event meaningful and energizing. 🌟

We wanted our Christmas tree to feel personal and meaningful, so we made our own ornaments this year! Residents filled clear ornaments with confetti, bells, red and silver balls, and topped them off with festive stickers. ✨🔔

Make sure to check them out when you come into the building — they’re as sweet and special as the hands that made them. ❤️🎄
