While therapy is a huge part of my world, so are coffee-fueled sessions, a deep love for working with kids & teens, and a dog who definitely thinks she’s the one doing the healing work (& maybe she is).

I believe therapy works best when it feels real, warm, and a little bit like a conversation with someone who sees you — not just your struggles.
