Today I just wanna give a huge shout out to our friend and teammate Maria . 🏆🌿

Over the last 5 months she has been putting in so much energy and effort. not just in training but in rehabilitation as well. When she started we knew slashing the pounds was going to be at the forefront of our planning but aside from that we wanted to fix ALL muscular imbalances. Maria was open to doing whatever it takes to get conditioned even if that meant Pt on top of training. What a beast. 🔥

Without any hesitation, she jumped in head first by increasing her attention to her nutrition, beginning physical therapy as well as busting her ass in her weekly workouts. Both with and without her coach present.

🏆Starting the 5th month👇🏾

🌿 She is down 20 lbs
🌿 She is training consistently 3 days a week
🌿 She increased her upper body strength 2x
🌿 She has finished 6 weeks of physical therapy

Maria, we’re excited to have you and pumped to see what the next chapter holds. I can’t tell you how exciting it was to see you back on the treadmill. Here’s to a bright future.

They say the difference between successful and unsuccessful people lies in the time it takes to go from idea to action. Successful people shorten the gap. They don’t waste time procrastinating, overthinking, or waiting for the “perfect moment.” They don’t look for outside validation or early rewards—they just start.

Now, I’m not claiming to be some ultra-successful guru, but there are a few key areas of my life I’ve come close to mastering. One of them is taking immediate action.

If you can adopt the mindset of starting now, without hesitation, I can almost guarantee you’ll see a major shift in your progress—not just in life, but especially in your fitness journey. 🏆🌿

I just wanted to give a tremendous shout out to mrs Doris flesher for her hard work and commitment to her own personal wellness journey.

When she came to me to train she made a statement I’d never forget. She said “I don’t feel like I’m challenged much by what I’m doing now and I’d like to make a change” and if you know me as a coach you know challenge is in our DNA, It’s inherent with us.

We had 1 goal in mind to get strong and feel far more capable and confident, we did just that. So many more accomplishments followed over the year, losing 20.4 lbs was a tremendous bonus to compliment the increase in strength, technical understanding of weights, equipment and workout terminology and lastly a new found relationship with routine.

See not only did we find challenge but we developed consistent routine and that’s what really makes the foundation of anyones process. With all things said, again Doris thank you for doing such a great job for not only your coach but accepting the challenge and overcoming obstacles for yourself.

Change is Extreme💥

So you really want to lose the weight once and for all⁉️

normal and deploy tactics that aren’t part of your

“normal” routine or lifestyle.

🔥 A leaner diet

🔥Eating much less processed food like products

🚫 Cutting out sugary junk foods and drinks

🍻🍷🔐 Get in control with your need for alcohol

And most common & important ❗️

🏋️‍♂️🧬 Developing a STRONG relationship with training

And challenging your mind and body.

You can’t play the moderation game, you have to go

ALL IN 🙌🏽 on your goals.

Guys, check it out ‼️

Please Stop eating foods with ingredients you can’t even pronounce! I’m guilty of this 100%, we all are.

I can’t tell you how many of my people come to me in the beginning of their training and ask about shakes, creatines supplements, peptides and every other shortcut in the book. Not to mention “health food” products that boast zero sugar and low calorie labels.
This is typically long before even looking at a whole food based nutrition plan.

Here’s the deal, You want real long lasting results?

You have to connect with your body and understand how it responds to certain foods, That’s first and foremost. Once you understand that you can then build the appropriate diet and meal plan that works for you. There’s no one size fits all however (MOST) principals that work for one person work for just about everybody.

Through time and attentiveness You’ll learn what your body responds to and what it doesn’t. Once you’ve established that you will be well on your way to a dream physique.

Side note: there’s times to push and time to relax when it comes to eating clean. No one , and I mean no one eats clean 100% of the time. Once you reach a goal, it’s okay to maintain there until you’re mentally ready to push again to reach a new height and set some new goals. 🏆🔥👏
