Reps & Rounds Personal Training and Fitness studio ready to serve members of any age, looking to achieve any fitne It's just you, your trainer, and your goals.

Reps & Rounds fitness studio is led by a certified personal trainer that works with you differently than your typical gym setting. We incorporate functional high intensity training in the safest most effective methods possible at affordable prices. Programs offered:
1-on-1 training allows you to workout without the embarrassment of others watching. Couple or buddy training makes you feel accountable to someone other than your trainer. This can also lead to a friendly competition in your workout. A variety of classes are offered to allow you to tackle your fitness goals with a group. However, you will still receive the individual attention of a trainer Every workout is different, pre-planned and organized so that all you need to do is come into the studio ready to work.
