Here are a few more important summer tips:
💧 Stay hydrated — drink plenty of water, especially in the Oklahoma heat
🧴 Don’t forget sunscreen and reapply often
😎 Wear sunglasses and protective clothing when outdoors
🏊 Practice water safety and never leave children unattended near water
🌡️ Watch for signs of heat exhaustion like dizziness, nausea, headaches, or fatigue
🐜 Be mindful of bug bites, ticks, and outdoor allergies
🍉 Keep healthy snacks handy and stay active this summer
