Join us for a relaxing, uplifting one-hour yoga class led by of Momma Bee Well! Class will be held on Sunday, Sept 18th at 10am at (5893 Main Street, Williamsville).
🙏Find your inner peace as we do yoga on the lawn (covered tent may be available as well). Tickets come with a drink chip good towards beer, wine, or cider.🍻 Come for yoga, stay for brunch by Pork Bellies BBQ!

✨"Movement & Mindfulness"✨ is a Somatic Therapy workshop with Sarah (.movement.therapy).🌿
During this course, you'll explore how emotions and sensations resonate in your body, learn grounding skills to regulate your nervous system, and how to integrate mindfulness principles into daily living.🙏
The course will be in-person at Momma Bee Well, 6:30-8:30pm on Wednesday, Sept 21st.

🙏Yupping - Pure relaxation, bodywork, and healing are the vibe of this gentle yoga flow. Licensed massage therapist will bring her cupping set and use this technique to pull up toxins and relax muscle tissue. This is the perfect way to relieve stress and tension stored in the body. Cups will be applied during an extended savasana at the end of class.
🙏Vinyasa Flow w/ - A creative and dynamic form of yoga, using breath to link physical yoga postures, which are sequenced in a way to help increase flexibility & strength, and allow you to tune into your body’s own rhythm.
