If you have ever had an injury, you probably realize that it can come back to haunt you. That is because the body and its connective tissue have memory. These "strain patterns" that develop from injury persist over time causing restrictions, compensation, more restriction and loss of motion and pain. the good news is that these patterns can be worked on and reduced, improving posture and movement. The older the injury the more difficult it is to remove the pattern but some improvement is possible. I you have had an injury, don't hesitate to seek relief.

Another specialty I provide is medical massage therapy. The focus is on specific issues. These may take the form of conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, tendinitis, head ache, plantar fasciitis and many other conditions.
