Eating more fruits and vegetables doesn’t just boost your general health — it can also support your urologic wellness.

September is National Fruits and Veggies Month, and it’s a great reminder to fuel your body with the nutrients it needs to stay strong and prevent disease. Diets rich in produce are linked to lower risks of:

🍅 Prostate cancer
🥦 Kidney stones
🍇 Bladder irritation
🥬 Urinary tract infections

Small changes make a big difference. Try adding one extra fruit or veggie to your plate every day!
