Garden Gate provides: 24-Hour Skilled Nursing Care, Post-Acute Rehabilitation, In-House Blood Transfusions, Complex Medical Care, Wound Care, Respite/Short-Term Care. Welcome to The McGuire Group’s Garden Gate Health Care Facility, a 184-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Cheektowaga, New York.
