Just feeling extra grateful for my incredible teaching team today. Every time someone steps in to sub, lead a community offering, jump in for a photo shoot, or help behind the scenes, I’m reminded of how lucky I am.

My teachers are an extension of me and this studio. We’re cut from the same cloth, and we all share the same goal, to serve our students with intention, authenticity, and heart.

Scott, Amanda, Rebecca, Jeremy — thank you for showing up so fully and being willing to help wherever it’s needed. Your dedication does not go unnoticed. I’m truly honored to have you on this team!

No worries—Lauren and the LUY crew will be covering Slow Flow Sundays until he’s back!

Starting July 17th, Rebecca will be teaching the 6pm Slow Flow on Thursdays. We’re excited to have her on the evening lineup!

Heads up! There will be no 9am Casual Hatha class on Saturday, July 26th—We’ll be at Chehalis Fest slingin’ deals instead. Come say hi!
