Are you interested in Foam Rolling and learning how this simple practice can help alleviate aches and pains?

Join Justin for a foam rolling class focused on relieving muscular tension and pain through foam rolling and myofascial release techniques. Learn how to use foam rollers and massage balls to support soft tissue health, increase mobility, and ease chronic tightness. Perfect for all bodies, whether you're an athlete, desk worker, or just feeling stiff.

Please bring a yoga mat and your own foam roller or massage balls if you have them. Limited supplies will be available to borrow. Children are welcome. This will be a relaxed and informative class.

Our Medicine Making Station is open whenever we are! Each week we’ll feature a new hands-on project for you to create and take home. No ticket necessary, just drop in and create!

As summer winds down and we turn toward the slower, restorative seasons ahead, it’s the perfect time to nourish yourself with supportive herbal remedies. Upcoming creations include:
