I'm now offering Table Thai Massage! Thai Massage is performed clothed and consists of rocking, stretching, compression and percussion techniques. It is often described as an assisted yoga. While it is traditionally performed on the floor, this offering has been adapted for a massage table. Sessions are available for 90 minutes or 2 hours, both in the studio and mobile. Come try it out for a different massage experience than the typical Swedish massage!

I had a great time learning Table Thai Massage this past weekend! Sometimes called Thai Yoga Massage, this style utilizes mobility and stretching for deep relaxation. Check out the video to get an idea of what it looks like. Comment if this interests you. It will soon be a regular offering.
