Small Group Youth Athletic Training (Grades 5–8)
This 3-day Small Group Training Intensive is designed for middleschool athletes looking to improve performance, coordination, and confidence through smart, intentional movement.
Led by collegiate athlete Jake Brooks, this program focuses on:
• Strength development
• Speed and agility
• Stability and balance
• Mind-body control
• Building efficient, safe movement patterns
Coach Credentials:
Jake Brooks is a collegiate athlete majoring in Exercise Science and a former high school varsity captain in football, lacrosse, and basketball. He brings both academic knowledge and real-world athletic experience to his coaching, emphasizing a fun, supportive approach while teaching athletes how to become smarter movers on and off the field.

Investment:
$20 per session
$50 for all three sessions
