3 Cups & Healing

Today’s cards remind us that if you are in the process of healing, not to discount the love and support of friends, family and a community of kindred spirits currently on standby, waiting for you to reach out and finally invite them in.

While it may feel easier to wall yourself off in solitude, the time has come to extend outward. Whether you realize it or not, there is a group of like minded individuals who understand your struggle, would love nothing more than to offer encouragement and support and help you through the process of healing.

Today, I encourage you to make the call, send that email or message your tribe. Know that there is support on tap and all you need do now is take a seat, speak your piece and drink from the healing energy being offered you.

Today’s Mystical Musing:

Is there a struggle going on in the midst of a beautiful union?

Today’s cards gently ask you to consider if you are surrendering in trust or standing still in fear?

Often in relationships of reciprocity, there is a measure of vulnerability required which is lacking in more superficial relationships; and this can be frightening when we feel compelled to go deeper.

Both oracles are that of surrender; yet one asks you to surrender to movement while the other asks you to consider the pause. .

Wherever you are in this process, take a moment today to ask yourself the tough questions:

What am I really frightened of? What is the worst that can happen? Do I feel worthy of love at all? How can I surrender in love? How can I release the fear?

Feel the feels, answer from your heart…

Your cup is full…. it’s now up to you to extend it in grace or hold it close to your heart in protection.

Hiding, in any capacity, is a disservice to our spirit... and disconnecting from what we know to be true is an injustice to our soul.

Our visibility, voice and vulnerability are our greatest strengths when we elect to be seen rather than disguise.

Today, spirit invites you to throw off the cloak of concealment, allowing your soul and heart to lead the way.

There is nothing to fear and everything to gain.

This morning I pulled a True Love oracle card and then found that 2 years ago, I posted the attached visual on Instagram - which is of course almost a carbon copy of my card today.

The odds? Feels like one in a million and as I always say in this line of work and healing - You can’t make this s**t up.

The sentiment attached to the photo was this.

IS THIS!

“I love you, that means I’m not just here for the pretty parts and the happy days. It means I’m here for the rough and bad days. It means I’m here no matter what.”

True love of self and from others must incorporate this belief. And it isn’t just about saying. Love is about doing.

Love is a verb. It is a commitment that promises to stand by and support. Whether family, friendship or romance - if you don’t have this level of emotion, how can we say it’s true?

That is my belief anyway. This is my card to ponder and process but spirit prompted me to share and so here it sits.

I hope you find it helpful, magical and as meaningful as I do.

Spirit is always here to help us through it all.
