Of all the challenges we’ve done in the past this is probably the ultimate challenge that everyone needs to be a pro at! 🏆
With this challenge, we are working on addressing the most common postural issues. Forward head carriage forward, rounded shoulders and increased lower back sway.
With this challenge, we are working to keep those three points of contact on the wall at all times.
this is retraining our brain and retraining our muscles to engage in unison to perform a task, which is keeping our posture where it needs to be. 💪
It looks very easy, but in practice, it’s actually quite challenging.
If you are having difficulty with this movement pattern, I usually recommend to work on one area or two areas at a time, for example focusing on the lower back and upper back touching and then working on getting the back of the head and upper back touching before incorporating all of them together. 🧘
If you have difficulty maintaining your posture, and you notice that you have increased upper back and neck pain whenever you are sitting, this is the challenge for you!
