It’s with heavy hearts we share this news with our Evolved Health Family. Our little Oliver, has crossed the rainbow bridge 🌈 our mischievous little snack addict will be forever missed. He made such a deep imprint on the hearts of anyone who knew him, whether he stared endlessly at you for your food, knocked on the treatment room door to get let in for attention (or snacks) or my favorite traveling down to flights of stairs to the 1st floor credit union to get dog treats from the tellers. 😂 we will see you again little buddy ❤️ 🐾

Congrats to all the finishers of this years BAA Tough Ruck! 1000 athletes worked to complete 26.2 miles of rucking with either 15,35, or 55 pounds in their pack 🤯 we were so happy and proud to be able to help recover the athletes in the athlete recovery zone who worked hard to finish and raise money for such an incredible foundation!

One of the key aspects in a golf swing involves engaging your pelvic rotation. 🏌️‍♂️

In this video, Dr. T is showing how to properly activate pelvic rotation and pelvic tuck as it relates to the golf swing.

This movement works to create a smoother swing and drive as well as to help to prevent early extension in the lumbar spine, which is very often the culprit in lower back pain associated with golf.

If you are somebody who suffers from lower back pain when you are golfing, give this exercise a try and see if you’re able to do it.

This is an exercise coming from the Titleist Performance Institute catalogue to help golfers improve their internal and external hip rotation, which helps to improve your golf, swing kinematics and mobility⛳️
The big takeaways is for this exercise is to maintain that flat back and stable core as you work to improve the strength and mobility of your internal and external hip rotation

🔥 CrossFit Open 26.2 Prep 🔥
Before you attack the workout, make sure your shoulders, hips, and posterior chain are ready to go. Today’s warm-up + mobility is all about building stability overhead, opening the hips, and priming pulling strength so you can move well when the clock starts.
Prep Flow:
• Single-arm banded overhead press
• Kneeling lunge + hamstring floss
• Scap pull-ups
• Single-arm rig hangs
• Ring dip negatives
Dial in positions, wake up the stabilizers, and get comfortable under tension before intensity. Quality prep = better performance.

Mid day office pump💪 if you haw a landmine attachment at your gym or home, here’s a couple of exercises to add challenge to your routine and mix things up! - [ ] Land mine thruster - works shoulders, legs glutes, core, even some cardio! This exercises it all
- [ ] Land mine single arm row -gets your middle deltoid, rhomboids, middle and lower trap! Great for those who spend a lot of time sitting at a computer with poor posture
- [ ] Land mine rotational wood choppers - this is a dynamic strengthening exercise, working not just your shoulders and upper body, but your core and obliques! This one is very challenging so keep the weight light until you master this movement!
