It's been one of those days where my heart feels both full and a little heavy. Holding space for patients and their families during vulnerable moments is such a privilege, and it truly reminds me why I chose this path. Witnessing their strength, resilience, and even their moments of fear and uncertainty… it's a profound experience.

Sometimes, the hardest parts of the job are also the most sacred. Holding a hand, offering a comforting word, or simply being present can make a world of difference. It's not always about the medical interventions; often, it's about the human connection.
