On The Edge Yoga with Donna Rucinski Harrington Kripalu teacher. I teach: mindfulness, meditation, restorative, yin, stress and anxiety reduction. I teach in a high school.

I love upbeat music, holding postures, and laughing! My meditations are on insight timer, some are specifically for teachers. What’s up?

I’m currently teaching Yoga classes as part of my new role as a PE teacher at a local high school, but I’m looking for additional work in the community and will update once I get some scheduled. After years of teaching it in a high school setting, I’ve recently completed Restorative Yoga certification at Kripalu. I’m also studying Yin yoga. If you’re a studio looking for an experienced teacher or someone seeking private lessons feel free to message me. I graduated my 200-hour training in 2011 from Kripalu.

I specialize in yoga for stress and anxiety mitigation and work well with any age, but have significant experience with teens and middle school kids.
