Hi, I’m Paige! 👋 Caregiver coach & pediatric PT 💪💙 Helping parents of kids with disabilities feel strong, supported & confident ✨

Program begins July 14th.

My process?
Oh it’s simple:

Step 1: You tell me everything that’s stressing you out.
Step 2: I look at your life like a detective with a PT degree, a mom brain, and a dash of chaos-wrangler energy.
Step 3: We fix things you didn’t even know were fixable.

Meltdown windows?
Paperwork pile?
Equipment that’s… everywhere?
Bedtime that feels like a hostage negotiation?
I’m on it.

Caregiving is hard enough — the help should be easy.

If you’re watching this thinking “PLEASE come reorganize my life,” just DM me. 😭💛

I’ve got you.

If caregiving feels like a 47-tab browser open in your brain… you’re not doing it wrong — you’re doing it alone.

And you don’t have to.

Swipe through ⬆️ to see what happens when caregivers finally get support that fits real life:
• Chaos → clarity
• Guessing → guidance
• Survival mode → actual breathing room

This is the work I do every day with families of neurodivergent + medically complex kiddos.
Real routines. Real systems. Real relief.

If you’re tired of white-knuckling every bedtime, every IEP meeting, every equipment decision…

👉 DM me “coaching.”

Let’s make your home feel lighter — starting with just ONE thing.

I couldn’t find a holiday gift guide that actually worked for disabled or neurodivergent kids…so I made one myself. 🎁💥

No “10 Best STEM Toys.”
No “Top 100 Holiday Deals.”

Just REAL recommendations that:
✔ support sensory needs
✔ promote access + independence
✔ work for kids who use wheelchairs, switches, AAC, or mobility supports
✔ are fun without being overstimulating
✔ won’t end up in the giveaway pile by February

AND — I added a section for caregivers, because you deserve gifts that make life easier too.

If you want a guide made by someone who actually understands your life, this one’s for you.

MA friends… are we okay?

The snow is SNOWING, the kids are inside, and everyone’s energy is… uncontained. 😂

Here’s your survival toolkit — 5 indoor heavy work activities to save your sanity:
👉 Pillow smashes
👉 Wall blast-offs
👉 Laundry basket missions (snow plowing, but chic)
👉 Couch cushion towers
👉 Vacuuming/sweeping (highly underrated regulation strategy)

If it pushes, pulls, crashes, stacks, or makes your house look mildly unhinged…
it probably counts as heavy work.

Need a plan tailored for your kiddo on a day like today?
DM me “HEAVY WORK” — I’ve got you. 💚

If no one has told you today:
You’re not just a caregiver —
you’re basically running an entire ecosystem on iced coffee, adrenaline, and whatever’s left of your sanity.

Case manager.
Snack dealer.
Medical admin.
Emotional support human.
Professional “Did I give that med already??” overthinker.
You’re doing ALL of it.

But here’s the part no one says out loud:
You’re allowed to have help.
Real help.
Help that meets you on your couch, in your pajamas, while someone else helps you make life feel lighter.

That’s exactly why my caregiver coaching program is now virtual — so overwhelmed, medically complex, and neurodivergent families can get support without adding “another appointment” to the calendar.

If you’re curious what it could look like to feel more grounded (and less alone),
➡️ DM me “virtual.”

You don’t have to do 47 jobs by yourself anymore.

A tiny reminder that supporting your child’s development doesn’t have to be complicated. ❤️💚

This simple sticky Christmas tree (wrapping paper + tape + pom poms) turned into an amazing opportunity for:

🌟 Gross motor challenges
🌟 Fine motor strengthening
🌟 Sensory exploration
🌟 Functional posting skills
🌟 Shared joy + connection

No special equipment.
No complicated prep.
Just intentional play — and a caregiver who’s learning to see everyday moments differently.

And if your kiddo needs adaptations?
I have TONS of ways to make this activity accessible across abilities.

DM me “tree” and I’ll send you ideas based on your child’s strengths + sensory needs.

You’re already doing more than you realize. 💚

It’s official: the holidays have entered their “let’s completely wreck every routine you’ve ever built” phase.

Everyone else is sipping cocoa and watching Hallmark…

Meanwhile caregivers are over here playing:
🎄 Guess That School Schedule
🎄 Will This Event Be Too Loud?
🎄 Which Kid Will Melt Down First?
🎄 Why Is There Suddenly So Much Glitter Everywhere?

This is EXACTLY why caregiver support matters right now.
Not in January.
Not “when things calm down.”
(They never do. If they did, I wouldn’t have a job.)

This season is busy, messy, overstimulating, and overwhelming —
but you don’t have to hold all of it alone.

My caregiver coaching program is now fully virtual, which means:
✔️ support comes to you
✔️ no driving
✔️ no scrambling for childcare
✔️ help right in the moments where you actually need it

If you want the holidays to feel lighter instead of heavier… I’m here.

DM “virtual” and I’ll send details your way. 💚

You’ve been waiting for a sign… so here it is:

You’re allowed to ask for help. Full stop.

Not once you’re drowning.
Not once you’ve hit burnout level 12.
Not once the school calls again mid-day.
Now. Today. Before the wheels fall off.

Here’s the truth no one tells caregivers:
You don’t need a crisis to deserve support.
You don’t have to “earn” rest by suffering first.
And you are never, ever, supposed to do this alone.

Caregivers who join Balanced Foundations tell me the same thing every time:
“I feel lighter.”
“I feel more confident.”
“I don’t feel alone anymore.”

If you’ve been white-knuckling your way through the week… consider this your permission slip to soften, to receive, to let someone help you carry the load.

The virtual program is now open — DM me “virtual” if you want details. 💚

💬 Do as I say, not as I do, right? 😅

Here’s a true story: I ran myself into the ground last week and—surprise!—my body tapped out. 🤒

Caregivers, I get it. We’re wired to just keep pushing.
But here’s the truth: Rest is not a reward. It’s fuel. 💛

If your body’s whispering “slow down,” listen before it starts shouting. You deserve better than burnout. And honestly? So do I.

Let’s be the caregivers who care for ourselves, too. ✨

(P.S. I’ll be over here resting, recovering, and practicing what I preach… eventually. 😉)

It’s tiiiiiime 🎤 to stop pretending you have the bandwidth for one. more. thing.

So here’s the deal:
✨ Balanced Foundations coaching is now VIRTUAL — launching Nov 17.
✨ Same great support, less commuting chaos.
✨ You can literally do this from your couch while hiding from the laundry.

Because you’ve got IEP meetings, medical portals, and a mental load the size of a small city.

But that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t get support that gets it — and comes right to you.

Drop me a “virtual” in the DMs to snag first dibs — spots are limited, and I promise this one doesn’t require hustling out the door. 🛋️💻

11/14/2025

I hear it all the time:
“I just want things to feel easier.”

That’s what coaching is about — not perfection, not more checklists, but finally finding your rhythm again.

After working with caregivers, I’ve seen it all — the relief, the tears, the “oh my gosh, this finally makes sense” moments.

And it’s why I’m so excited to bring Balanced Foundations to you — literally. 💻

Starting Nov 17, coaching goes virtual — so you can get the same support, guidance, and “finally… exhale” feeling from your couch, your car, or the five quiet minutes you actually get to yourself.

Because this is what I want for you too: more calm, more connection, more energy left for you.

👉 DM me “virtual” for details.
