This week, Nancy Sydow, NP from our Cardiac Rehab Program had the pleasure of leading an engaging and insightful seminar on at the Westford Senior Center!

The local seniors enjoyed learning how to support their hearts with healthy diets and even brought in their favorite recipes to be tailored to be more heart healthy!

Heart health education is an integral component of our CardioPro program here at Palm Springs Post Acute to keep our patients beating stronger beyond their time at our center!
